What this site is

Red Stick Demolition is a trade name operated by NexTier Digital LLC, an Ohio company, that is not a contractor. The site shares information about residential demolition and connects property owners with a demolition contractor working the area. Any agreement for demolition work is made between you and that contractor, who sets the scope, schedule and price.

General information, not a quote

Everything on this site is general information about the demolition trade. It is not a quote, a bid or professional advice for your property. Permit rules, environmental requirements and association rules differ from one address to the next, so confirm them with the local authority and your contractor before any work starts.

Use of this site

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request through this site.
